Fear is totally natural, and when it turns into constant worry it can feel crushing and inescapable. Your thoughts can start to run on repeat, and it can seem like you can never slow down. All this can feel really hard to find a way out of.
My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself, and find freedom from anxiety through therapy.
In therapy, we will experience tools to help you feel calm again. We will help develop skills to manage anxiety and find your calm again.
I am a white, queer, cis-woman psychotherapist and engage in anti-racist, liberation frameworks and trainings to address my biases that may come up as a therapist.

Outside of Session
I attend trainings and consultation to increase my competency and decrease my biases that may affect therapy. I also like to sit under a tree in Griffith Park and continue to edit my website to include the words “Hollywood” and “Los Feliz” as much as possible, to optimize the algorithm of course.
Off the Clock
I go to shows, visit my ancestors in Forrest Lawn, and spend time with friends. I love learning about business and leadership while drinking a good cup of Earl or Lady Grey tea.
